Very High Cutting Life, usually 3 – 5 times longer than the nearest High Quality competition.

The blades run within a very tight tolerance of axial run-out, with the result that noise levels and chipping of foil or fragile veneers, is virtually non existent.

The carbide grades are very special, and only available on our blades. 

The blade body also exhibits very low vibration, due to the special LS-P slots, these slots create a very stable blade plate, thus the stress is equal throughout the whole blade. This is a critical feature in cutting difficult or fragile materials.

 

Kanefusa Board Pro:   The Board Pro blade is now in its 3^rd evolution, Board Pro 3 TD. 

 

Kanefusa Board Pro blades are primarily for the cutting of Chip-board & Laminated Boards, including MDF. Although they can be used very successfully for cutting Fire Proof material, Corian (Artificial Marble), printed circuit board material. Plus many other hard to cut materials.
