We are able to produce very accurate Spindle or Moulder Knives to cut any profile. required. This we do with the assistance of a CNC Weinig Template making machine and the use of CAD drawings.

Also available CAD/CAM Manufacturing of very precise Cutters on our Schneeberger NORMA 5 Axis Grinder.

We can accept your required profiles by any of the following:

à Wooden Sample.

à Faxed Drawing.

à Emailed Drawing. (Any CAD)

à Rough Hand Drawn Sketch.

(Please note that faxed drawings will not be dimensionally correct, because the fax distorts drawings. So some dimensions (or just one) must be drawn on.

We are also able to supply a CNC produced template to you, as some customers have a grinding facility. We can produce the cutters, and supply the template for

in-house sharpening. Huge time saving & very accurate.

We then produce a CAD drawing of the proposed Cutter, this we fax/email/post to you for acceptance. Once accepted we will make your cutters.

Delivery: 3 - 5 days is normal delivery.

Type & Make of Cutter-Head.

Type of Knives i.e Serrated, Euro Style 40mm or 50mm, Brand etc.

Dimensions of your Knives, including rotation preference: (Sketch Preferred).

HSS or TCT Quality.

Material being machined, type & quality required.
